The processing time of your order is generally 24 hours, in case of high demand sometimes there is a slight delay.

We will supply you the tracking number of your order as soon as it has been shipped.

Please note that the activation of the tracking may take a few days, especially during the holiday season when unfortunately the postal services are often overloaded. However when you receive your tracking number you know your order is on it's way.

When your order arrives in your country, they are directly handled by the local courier service (e.g DHL ).

Please note that delivery time is generally between 3 and 5 working days for Mainland Metropolitan USA, 8 working days for Rural USA and Metropolitan Europe, 10 working days for Metropolitan Australia and other countries from the date of shipment.
