How do I join?
It’s super easy! You just have to sign up at the top of this page. Add your name, your email address and other information required and you’ll start collecting points!
How can I get more points?
There are different ways... First step is joining the reward program (obviously). Then you can get more points by referring to a friend, adding your birth date, making a purchase or following SL Lashes on social media...
How can I know how many points I have?
You can check out your point balance at the top of the page.
How do I redeem my points for SL LASHES goods?
Select the tab called Rewards and you’ll see all the rewards levels available. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward and use that reward at checkout.
Is there a limited amount of points I can earn?
Sky’s the limit! The more love you give, the more you get back. It’s up to you!
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Unfortunately, the points waiting for validation will become cancelled.
Why did my account balance go down?
This can happen one year after your last order or if you or someone you referred cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn’t earn more points...
Sometimes, it can take a few minutes to process your activity. If it takes more than a week you can contact us at contact@sl-lashes.com.
I can’t use my points during checkout, what’s going on?
To use your points during checkout you need to make sure you’re logged in first. Then, you can just redeem your points for a voucher in your rewards dashboard.
How do I leave the program?
That would be unfortunate but if that’s what you want, you can just send us an email at contact@sl-lashes.com and we’ll cancel your subscription. You will lose all the points you earned.
I want to join again!
You will just have to sign up again. Unfortunately, your point total will begin from zero.
Where can I share my referral URL?
You can share your URL on your social media or with anyone you’d like to share it with with the exception of coupon or deal sites. If you have a blog, you can definitely share it on it.
I redeemed a reward and returned that purchase... Can I get my points back?
When the points have been used, they cannot be re-issued.
