Return / Refund

In accordance with the Consumer Code and health and hygiene standards, returns are not possible once the box is unsealed (plastic surrounding the open cardboard box)

You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery of your order (as evidenced by Courier Service) if the false product(s) have not been unsealed.

The return is the responsibility of the customer. Once it has been received, our return service will check the seal. If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be made within 4 working days.
